Eva Geczy received her Associate of Arts degree from Richland College in Dallas, Tx, and is attending the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC) with a focus in photography and painting/drawing.

Eva makes abstract paintings that connect the interactions of color and movement together. In the infinity series, elements of line and color visually connect like a chaotic web that expands ever so gradually. The orchestrated composition pulls in moments of clarity but then falls back in line with its chaotic visuals surrounding it. The figurations outline the moments of realism in a chaotic scene. It lives at the intersection of distortion and realism with the experimentation of the abstract in contrast to reality.
